Brian spent eight years as lead wine tutor at the English Wine Centre. He has studied with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and Berry Bros. & Rudd, hosted tastings on both sides of the Channel, and followed the remarkable growth of English wine.

Ask his guests what they remember and it is the warmth, the humour, and how a room of strangers became friends. That is the Top Shelf way.
